adminFirst, be aware that it is about 35 miles between the two airports…it could be up to an hour, if it is rush hour, just to drive between the two. This does not count time getting luggage, checking luggage, or dealing with morons from the TSA. I have never used a shuttle to move between the airports…I live here so I don’t have to. However I can use Google and I came up with this link http://www.supershuttle.com/default.aspx?content=Houston and this http://www.houston.com/airport-shuttles/business-directory I know that there are taxis at the airports. They will take you where you want to go. Just as a guess, I’d expect something in the $75 to $85 range…but that is just a guess. Good luck. A better alternative is taking a limousine (sedan) which costs about the same as a taxi. The best one we have found is Lane Towne Car & Limousine, www.lanelimo.com.
I’ve taken the shuttle, once, and that was my last time, it took forever & the driver sucked!

adminI need to know!! After all the new laws and regulations at airports, where do I Park my Car??? We leave in a week from IAH (Bush in Houston) and I need to know!
Please Advise Houston, Over…
Houston is one of the easiest and least expensive airports for parking. The airport authority operates a few on-airport lots that aren't that expensive, as well as an economy off-airport lot called "Parking Cents" that is well-known around Houston for pretty good service. (If I remember correctly, the Parking Cents lot was about $6 per day.)
If you want to really save some money though, there are a number of close off-airport lots that are amazing deals. There are two primary sets: those located on Will Clayton Parkway (off of Highway 59) and those located on JFK Boulevard (off of Beltway 8). The best deals are those located on JFK. If you turn left onto Greens Blvd. off of JFK, there is a lot called Service Park that used to cost around $3 per day for parking. I have parked there a lot and have always received outstanding service. FastPark (next door) was also very good, as was AirPark IAH on Will Clayton.
The cost of parking at Houston's airports is without the doubt the lowest I've seen across the entire nation. The same lot that costs $4 per day in Houston goes for at least $18 in San Francisco. Don't stress about finding parking in Houston. Just give yourself enough time to check in, and you'll be fine.
