Has anyone one seen videos online of the west side of galveston island after ike? ?

I need to know about my house in Pirates Beach and the news hasn’t said anything about the west side oft he island since before ike actually hit. are there any news footage on-line yet?

www.click2houston.com has a video taken from a helicopter flying over the West End. I was able to see the home of a friend of mine, which was still standing. It's wonderful to see how many homes on the West End are still standing. The same website has videos taken from the helicopter of Bolivar Peninsula (almost all homes are destroyed), and the entire Seawall. They also have videos of Fish Village, Pelican Island, other residential areas and UTMB. The power is back on at UTMB and Fish Village. You can see the Elissa, safe and sound, with tattered sails. There is also a "walking tour" of Galveston, showing the Strand and Broadway, Church Street, Harborside, and other areas. Great website!

Yes. Weather.com and probably cnn.com as well. It’s ugly on the west end, lots of damage from what I saw on tv over the weekend.
