How is the weather in Galveston, South Padre Island and Houston TX?

I was wondering how the temperatures are in Houston,Galveston and South Padre Island towards the end of May early June. What is the temperature of the Gulf during that time? Can one go swimming then?

Hot. About 94-100 degrees. Humidity very high. Perfect time to go swim.

    Oh yeah you can go swimming alright!!!

    The weather is SO DAMN HOT it's like swimming in a hot bathtub.

    Lots of humidity in Houston.
    Galveston kinda sucks. (No "real beaches")
    South Padre Island rocks!!!!!
