    If you think this is bad, the damage done on Galveston is not nearly as bad and depressing as the damage on the Bolivar Penninsula. The entire city of Gilchrist was flattened.

    Im from galvaston, and im 13 years old. It was really hard for me to keep on moving… I lost EVERYTHING! My house was under 8ft of water! my house was 71st, stewert rd… which recived most damage.
    It was an expierience i will never forget.

    all my familey lost there homes..
    I was born in Galveston nd Raised..
    Its very very hard too go down there and see what it looks lyk now i mean it never gana be the same but ill always have the memories of itt..,
    we just barried my grt.,,grandma lyk 2 weeks ago there..,
    Nd its also sad too thnk that when i grow up and have kids galveston may not be there and they wont be able too share the great things that i have been threw in g-townn,,.
