Galveston County Fair honors Margaret Novosad

For 42 years, Margaret Novosad has been an active volunteer at the Galveston County Fair and Rodeo. This year the fair association dedicated the event to her. Mrs. Novosad was recognized before the start of the auction April 14, 2010. She was joined by her family and friends.
