    my dad works here in florida with a bus company that sent busses there the people and in the seat wiped on the walls stuck clothes and bottles in the toilets the drivers siad they will never help thoes people agian they tried to help them and they do stuff like that

    1)you must have never lived in houston 2)you sound like a punk kid so let me break it down for you guys barney style because i am in houston and was here when ike hit as to why people dont evacuate. 1)not everyone has the money to do so 2)not everyone has reliable enough vehicles in some cases to leave 3) it is very difficult to evacuate when Galveston and other coastal cities often go through Houston to do so, plus Houston, plus towns and cities surrounding us our highways get backed up…

    I heard that up to ninety thousand people failed to evacuate. Galveston is supposed to be totally submerged by three in the morning. I can’t see how this has a good ending.
