    Former customer of AVP in Austin, TX: I am sending a BIG WARNING to brides that consider hiring American Video Productions! We got the Liberty Pkg ($1,650). DVDs arrived 2 months late; TOTAL length <1.5 hrs (incl. montage). DVD had close-ups of ears, backs, & guests’ BUTTOCKS; Montage had a song we didn’t approve; poor camera handling & editing, no titles/menu info with names & no consult with coordinator, as incl. in pkg; complaints sent to AVP but refused to give refund or provide raw footage
